Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs.3,000/- to over 22000 pin codes in India, and these are shipped by surface logistics. All product pages have a pin code checker to give you an estimation of the delivery timeline. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping and not from the date of order. Shipping can sometimes take longer than estimated due to invalid addresses, weather conditions, sale-related congestion, and force majeure conditions. Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped, with a cancellation charge of 5% for order handling. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process the refund through Razorpay once the cancellation is confirmed, with an additional 2% charge on the refund amount.
