The Vanguard VEO BH-160S Dual Axis Ball Head features an Arca-type clamp and includes an Arca quick release plate. It supports up to 33 lb and offers 360\u00b0 rotation, 90\u00b0 tilt adjustment, and independent pan axis adjustment. Two knobs on the bottom separately tighten the ball joint and pan axis. The head has a 3/8\"-16 female thread on the bottom and comes with a 3/8\"-16 to 1/4\"-20 reducer, allowing you to mount it on virtually any camera support, including monopods, sliders, and skate dollies.
